Our products
- Everything is homemade in small batches, so colour, size and texture can vary a little from batch to batch and from the photos.
- Ingredients are listed on every product page. Our products may contain or be made alongside nuts, sesame, wheat (gluten), milk products (ghee) and mustard. Please check the ingredients if you have an allergy.
- Follow the storage and "best within" advice on the product page and pack.
- Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on the website is medical advice.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
- You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or choose cash on delivery where it's available.
- If a price on the website is wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Orders
- An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, we can't deliver to the address, or the order looks fraudulent. If you've paid, you get a full refund.
- Coupon codes have their own conditions, shown with the code, and can't be exchanged for cash.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
We deliver within India. Delivery times and charges are in our shipping & delivery page. Cancellations, damaged parcels and refunds are covered in our cancellation & refund policy.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email safe; you're responsible for orders and posts made from your account.
Community, reviews and photos
- Keep posts, comments, reviews and photos real, kind and about food. Only share photos you took yourself.
- No links, advertising, other brands, abuse, or health or "cure" claims.
- You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow Amma's Recipe to show it on the website and in our social media, with your first name and city.
- We may hide or remove anything that breaks these rules, and close accounts that misuse the community.
Our content
The Amma's Recipe name, logo, text, recipes and design belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Liability
We take great care with every order. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
